Returns & Warranty Claims

Returns Policy

We operate a policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 you may cancel your order at any time without reason within 14 working days of delivery.

The cancellation period, in relation to the supply of goods, starts the day after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer.

 

You may cancel your order for any reason provided: -

  1. You or the recipient notify us of your cancellation in writing or e-mail to the address on our Contact page within 14 working days of delivery.

  2. The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened. You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods until returned.

  3. You return packaged item(s) to: Hit the Trail, Unit 43, Bookham Business Park, Church Road, Great Bookham, Surrey, KT23 3EU

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage/carrier costs incurred as a result of returning items to Hit the Trail and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage when you send it back. A refund can only be provided for items received back by us. Our refund will include the original delivery charge (excluding International delivery charges) if there is a fault with the product/s received.

On the rare occasion that your item is damaged on delivery, all damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email to: info@hitthetrail.co.uk. Please include photos of the damage to the packaging clearly showing the address label, as well as damage to the item. Please do not discard the packaging until a solution has been agreed, as the damaged item will need to be returned to us in its original packaging.

Rest assured that your statutory rights are unaffected.

Warranty Claim

If you have experienced a fault with a product you have purchased and need to make a warranty claim we can do this on your behalf as long as the product was purchased from Hit the Trail. At this stage please do not send the item/s back to us.

Please fill in the form below with a full description of the fault and upload images as wel will need these to support the claim. Once we have all the information we can then submit the claim for approval on your behalf and keep you informed of its progress.
